Hi, I’m Jessi and I am a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing. I support several schools in DPS including Farrell B. Howell ECE-8 School. After graduating in 2017 from Washington University in St. Louis, I began working for DPS. I have supported Howell since 2021. In my role, I travel to schools within DPS to support students who are Deaf or hard of hearing. I also provide resources, support, and strategies to teachers and parents. My favorite part of teaching is empowering students to advocate for themselves! Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and reading a good book!
