I moved here from Fort Worth, Texas where I was born and raised and lived for 31 years. Harding University, in Searcy, Arkansas is where I graduated from college with a BA in Early Childhood Education. I come from a family of educators and knew I wanted to be a teacher at a young age. Teaching how to read and more importantly how to love reading is one of my favorite things to do in the classroom! In my free time, I enjoy walks with my mini doxie Denver Breezy, yoga, cooking and curling up with a good book!
